By accessing our website or purchasing any resources, courses, or events from us (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our Services.
Our Services
Moon Fertility Provides educations workshops, events, and digital content designed to support individuals undergoing fertility treatment. All information provided is for general education, emotional support, and wellbeing only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any health concerns must be directed to your licensed medical team.
We reserve the right to update content, speakers, locations, or materials at any time.
Events & Course Content
Course outlines are provided on each event page. We may update or amend content, session flow, or facilitators if required. Where possible, written notice will be provided.
Our facilitators may include nurses, embryologists, counselors, or other qualified professionals - however, they do not act as your professional clinician. We cannot advise on your individual medical circumstances.
We are not responsible for venue operations or third-party facility issues.
Cancellations & Refund Policy
Events, Workshops & Courses (in-person or online)
More than 4 weeks before the event: 100% refund
4 - 1 weeks before the event: 50% refund
Less than 7 days before the event/on the day: 0% refund
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase (“the Cooling-Off Period”) for a full refund, without giving any reason.
Exception: if you book an event that starts within this 14 day window, you agree that the service begins immediately, and you waive the right to the full cooling-off period once the service has commenced.
If we must cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered either:
a suitable alternative date, or
a full refund
We require a minimum number of attendees to run events and reserve the right to cancel if this number is not met.
Photography & Content Use
We may take photos or short videos during in-person events for promotional use. If you prefer not to appear in this content, please notify us at hello@moonfertility.co.uk prior to the event.
Personal Information
Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy (UK GDPR compliant).
Intellectual Property
All content on this website - including branding, visuals, written content, and course materials - is the property of Moon Fertility Ltd. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any materials without written permission.
